I bought this case for a offroad trip of 1200 miles Ensanda to Cabo in Baja. It was a saver between the rivers we crossed and dust , exactly what I purchased it for. On to the impressive part, today I was working on a truck and set my phone on the back bed. I decided to test drive in a rural ag area. Got the truck up to 80 testing it over an overpass and a few turns ... then realized my phone was back there. It was gone. Long story short my wife sent me a gps pic to another phone we had and set out to find it. I found the phone out of the case in the dirt off the other side of the road. It is unscratched and perfect as how it was installed in the case. I looked and did not find the case or parts of it. The road was busy and Im guessing another car or truck hit it and broke the case but the phone is perfect. This case is aluminum and screwed together with steel screws very robust. Im so impressed after having damaged sooo many phones over the years I just ordered another one of these. Highly recommend this case if you work in outdoors needing a tough case.
